Plot Summary:
When a single mother (Juliette Binoche) and her six-year-old daughter move to rural France and open a chocolate shop - with Sunday hours - across the street from the local church, they are met with some skepticism. Hey man, you say that the language of this movie is english/french but after downloading I only hear english... what happens to the french..?

yeah, i know what you mean,
if you check the movie's details on IMDB it says "Language: English / French" and i think it's becasue of the french actress (Juliette Binoche) who's performing on this movie.
